We've been sitting with this for a while, and we feel it's time to be honest with you.

Building Twisted Serenity Goods has been one of the most meaningful things we've ever done. Sourcing natural, premium products for your dogs and cats, sharing our love for transparent ingredients and USA-made goods, and connecting with people who care just as deeply about their pets' wellbeing — it has been a true labor of love.

To the handful of you who have shown up, placed orders, left reviews, and sent kind words along the way: thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your support has kept us going longer than we might have otherwise, and we don't take that lightly.

Unfortunately, without the broader customer base and financial foundation needed to sustain operations, we are facing a very real possibility that Twisted Serenity Goods will be closing its doors in early August. It's not a decision we're making lightly, and it's one we're still holding out hope to avoid — but we believe you deserve to know where things stand.
