Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@twistedserenitygoods.com. Depending on the nature of the issue, we will offer a full refund or replacement. You do not need to return the item — simply reach out and we'll make it right!
Please note that certain items such as pet apparel and hygiene products are final sale due to health and safety reasons.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as pet food and treats), custom or personalized products, and personal care or hygiene goods. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds: Once your return request is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@twistedserenitygoods.com.
