Hi, I'm Ellen — a pet mom to three dogs and a cat, based in Willard, Missouri. Like most pet parents, I want nothing but the best for my fur babies, and that starts with knowing exactly what they're eating, playing with, and wearing.

Our Story

Over time, I became more aware of the ingredients in so many pet products on the market today — and honestly, I wasn't comfortable giving a lot of them to my own pets. So I decided to put together a shop where I could offer products that I would actually feel good about giving them. Nothing more complicated than that.

What We Do

Twisted Serenity Goods is an online retail store that curates and sells pet products sourced from a network of trusted third-party suppliers and manufacturers. We are a reseller — we do not manufacture the products we carry. Instead, we carefully research and hand-select each item based on ingredient quality, safety standards, and real-world pet parent feedback before adding it to our store.

Our products are fulfilled directly by our suppliers and shipped to you. This allows us to offer a wide range of quality pet products without the overhead of a physical warehouse, and to pass those savings on to you.

What We Believe

We believe your pets deserve clean, natural products — the kind you can feel good about giving them every day. From natural chews like elk and deer antlers to grooming tools, toys, and health supplements, everything we carry is chosen with one question in mind: Would I give this to my own pets?

We're careful about the language we use too. We don't claim our products cure, treat, or heal any condition.
